Hey Now, You're an All-Star!

This was Matthew's first year in the Majors, and he worked really hard. His coach saw something in him and nominated him for the all-star team. The selection committee came and watched him play (he didn't know they were there at the time), and he was chosen as a member of the 11 year-old team. Matthew did a great job in the tournament - playing second base and going 2 for 2 in one game - and another set of coaches learned to appreciate this great kid of ours!
